About
A calmer way to share postpartum care.
Postpartum Hero helps a recovering parent and one trusted supporter share care on iPhone and iPad. It turns feelings, requests, tasks, and small acknowledgments into a private shared care loop.
What Postpartum Hero is for
The app is designed for the practical gap between “let me know if you need anything” and knowing what would actually help today. A recovering parent can check in, send a request, and share tasks; their chosen supporter can see the update, act, and acknowledge the care.
The supporter can be a partner, relative, or close friend. The app is available on iPhone and iPad, and one subscription covers both people in the shared Space.
Product scope
- It does: private two-person check-ins, shared care tasks and requests, care notes, pairing, and notification controls.
- It does not: diagnose conditions, interpret symptoms, replace postpartum appointments, contact clinicians, or summon emergency help.
- It cannot guarantee: that a supporter will see or act on an alert immediately.
How we publish guidance
Our resource pages focus on planning and shared household support. Health-adjacent statements link to primary public-health or professional sources, and medical boundaries are stated where they matter. Read the full editorial and sourcing approach.
